I’m James, an Information Technology Manager at New Smyrna Beach Utilities. My work spans infrastructure, networking, security, and the practical details that keep technology dependable.
I like digging into a problem, connecting the dots, and leaving behind something clearer than I found it. Sometimes that’s a better system. Sometimes it’s simply documentation that makes the next person’s day easier.
